This site is a simple showcase for some of my favorite shots.

Some of them are taken while traveling, in places where your eye is surprised by everything you see. Others are taken while walking the streets in a familiar place, in search for the right moment to capture, the right light at the right place. Others finally, are just pure moments of luck, while buying some bread for my sunday lunch, and carrying by chance a small camera in the back pocket of my jeans…

Do not look for any coherence here.

Some images are in colors, some in Black & White. In tend to appreciate B&W more and more, for the focus on emotions, atmosphere, the emphasis of the meaning of an image, rather than its aesthetic value. Even though B&W is not the true way the human eye perceives the world, I feel that a B&W image does not lie. And I like that.
But I am only starting to see in B&W through my camera. I have so much yet to learn.

This site will probably not be updated on a regular basis. I can shoot everyday for 3 months, and then never touch my camera again for 6 months. But for sure I will come back to it at some point.
